BattleBit Remastered is a game with simple graphics, but it presents a challenging experience with a wide variety of weapons, gadgets, and other equipment to master, allowing you to become a legendary soldier on the battlefields of this fantastic game.

BattleBit is a game that nails almost everything it does, and one of those things is the class system, which offers players six different classes to choose from, each with its own unique playstyle, weaponry, gadgets, and boosts. In a game where the class system is so thriving, dominating one or more classes is vital to provide for the team and win.

One of the best classes and most fun roles to play in BattleBit Remastered is the Engineer Class, as it’s the one with the most variety of gadgets, weapons, and playstyle. This role makes for a fun class, and once you master it, you won´t be able to stop using it.

This article will cover everything you need to know about the Engineer class in BattleBit Remastered and how to use it to become an Engineer in the game that even NASA would want on their side.

Why the Engineer Class is so Important in BattleBit Remastered

The Engineer class in BattleBit Remastered is an essential role, as it can effectively deal with enemy vehicles and large groups of enemies using explosives and crowd control equipment, while also being highly effective in gun-to-gun combat.

This role will be vital for dealing with enemy vehicles that no other class can handle, protecting and repairing friendly vehicles thanks to their repair tools. A team lacking engineers in BattleBit Remastered is a death wish in a game like this.

What Can an Engineer Do in BattleBit Remastered?

An engineer role-player in BattleBit Remastered should be flexible, able to adapt to the worst situations and thrive in them. They will need to face heavy enemy vehicles, large groups, and even get behind enemy lines to set traps and slow them down.

The Engineer in BattleBit Remastered is usually considered the best class in BattleBit Remastered, as it offers the most variety; players can use any weapon available in the game. This allows players to customize their play style according to their preferences.

Tips to be a Better Engineer in BattleBit Remastered

    1. Listen to Team Coms

using AR rifle looking down iron sights in blocky FPS game

As an engineer, you can be either an aggressive or peaceful player, sitting with your team or behind enemy lines. You must be ready to support your team at any given notice.

It’s important to keep track of the pings from your team and the voice chat in case they need your help dealing with a vehicle. You’re the only one on the team who can address certain threats.

    2. Wear the Armor You Need

To optimize your performance, it’s important to choose the right armor for each situation. For instance, if you’re focused on destroying tanks, heavier armor will provide more protection. On the other hand, if you’re playing a flanker role and setting traps in enemy territory, lighter armor is better for quick movement.

We recommend that you experiment and find the armor that best fits your needs depending on what you are trying to do. If you don’t get this right, you’ll be needing a lot of visits from a medic in BattleBit Remastered.

    3. Use Your Tools

While this one might be an obvious tip, we, as gamers, tend to forget to use our essential tools in the heat of the moment; sometimes, not using the gadgets we have can get our teammates or us killed in the game.

    4. Don’t Waste Your Gadgets

No, this does not contradict our previous tips; using your gadgets does not mean wasting them as soon as you spawn.

Make sure to use your gadgets wisely and determine which situations require them. For instance, if you can eliminate an enemy easily with your primary weapon, avoid using your RPG for just one person.

    5. Manage Your Ammo

    Player reloading in game

This advice applies to all classes in BattleBit Remastered, but it’s particularly important for the Engineer class. Engineers engage in regular combat, and they may need to get up close and personal with foes when laying traps or performing flanking maneuvers.

It is an awful situation where you run towards a group of enemies from behind, and you happen to have a half-empty magazine.

    6. Know your RPGs

In BattleBit Remastered, the Engineer Class can access three different RPGs with some variations.

    Fragmentation RPG

This RPG is perfect for dealing with large groups of enemies, as it has an excellent blast radius. This RPG can be a game-changer when fighting hordes of enemies.

    Heat Explosive RPG

This RPG is the standard rocket launcher for dealing with vehicles, as it significantly damages them. This gadget is lethal against light and medium vehicles but may struggle against heavy tanks.

    Tandem  RPG

This RPG is the best at dealing with vehicles, as it deals significant damage even to heavy tanks.

The Heat Explosive is the best of all three RPG variants as it can deal with vehicles and is great against infantry. Based on our experience, it does a better job at killing foot soldiers than the Fragmentation RPG.

    7. Have Patience When Playing as an Engineer

Image showing tip of having patience as engineer class character in Battlebit Remastered

Like the Recon Class, Engineers must be extraordinarily patient and hold their finger away from the trigger, as one mistake can completely bamboozle your flanking strategy.

An excellent engineer specializing in flanking will wait for the best moment to strike. Great players learn the maps and the best spots to lay ambushes.

    8. Bring the Best Weapon for the Occasion

The Engineer Class has an advantage because it can use a variety of weapons. Take advantage of this and customize your gameplay to suit your team’s needs, not the other way around. Be flexible.

    Assault Rifles

We recommend that new BattleBit Engineers use assault rifles, as they are the standard weaponry in the game and are easy to use and learn. In fact, the Assault class in BattleBit Remastered is usually the best for new players.

Experienced players who enjoy a decent fire rate and good damage should may also want to consider using assault rifles.

FAMAS AR from battlebit battlefield game

    DMRs

DMRS are great for engineers who want to stay in formation with their group and fight from a distance, as these semi-automatic rifles can deal significant damage over medium to long ranges.

    PDW

Personal Defense Weapons are a good fit for peaceful players who want to take more of a supportive role, laying down traps on the friendly side and helping with vehicle repairs. These weapons are also excellent guns for drivers and pilots.

    Groza PDW

    SMG

Submachine guns are excellent weapons for players who want to flank their enemies and fight in tight ranges. These SMGs are fit for lone wolves who like to do the dirty job of flanking enemies, rushing buildings, and laying traps behind enemy lines.

    Carbines

Carbines are excellent weapons for players looking for something in-between assault rifles and submachine versions, as they are compact ARs with better maneuverability while still maintaining decent damage and accuracy.

Final Thoughts on How to Play an Engineer in BattleBit Remastered with the Best Loadout

Mastering the Engineer Class in BattleBit Remastered is all about understanding its versatility and adapting your gameplay to your team’s needs. By carefully selecting the right gear and weapons, such as the well-rounded Assault Rifle for new players or an SMG or carbine for more advanced players, you can optimize your performance on the battlefield.

The key to success as an Engineer in BattleBit Remastered lies in being patient, responsive, and communicative with your teammates. Ensure you contribute effectively to your team’s strategies and objectives. By embracing these principles and fine-tuning your skills, you’ll soon become a formidable Engineer Class player that opponents will think twice before challenging.
