One of the most extensive life-improving additions made to Halo Infinite is changing the height and angle of your weapon and being able to edit the client-side HUD. The freedom of changing lots of different client-side elements allows for more personal customized HUDs and improved visibility. Today, we will show you how to lower your weapon in Halo Infinite and get the best weapon settings as quickly as possible.
Use Offset Weapon Settings to Lower Your Weapons
If you mainly play Halo Infinite for the multiplayer, visibility is vital for every engagement. To maximize visibility, go to the settings menu tab and into the UI section. Scroll down to the bottom, and you will find a section for Weapon Offsets. You can adjust the horizontal, vertical, and depth of multiple types of weapons.
There are four different weapon types:
Melee Includes: Energy Sword & Gravity Hammer
Pistol Includes: Sidekick, Disruptor, Mangler, & Plasma Pistol
Rifle Includes: Battle Rifle, Commando, Pulse Carbine, Hydra, Stalker Rifle, Cindershot & Assault Rifle
Heavy Includes: Skewer and Rocket Launcher
For maximum visibility, you can set every weapon offset to:
Horizontal Offset: switch it to: +100 %
Vertical Offset: move it to: -100%
Depth Offset: move it to: -100%.

Wrapping Up our Guide on How to Lower Your Weapons in Halo Infinite
The settings, as mentioned earlier, are our preference for players who still like to see their weapon but ultimately want more visibility while playing. We found the vertical Offset is the best slider to start adjusting for all guns as it provides the most visibility. The best way to get a quick adjustment for how the weapon differentiates is by entering a training mode game and adjusting the settings while in spawn. While in training mode, you can give yourself any weapon in Halo Infinite’s sandbox, allowing you to adjust the offsets of each weapon while in-game. The training mode also lets you edit the number of bots that are currently in your game, allowing you to have easy access to some live-fire targets or if you want an empty lobby.
Halo Infinite’s FOV can also be adjusted for further increased visibility. Go back into the settings menu, and head into the video section. At the top of the video settings, there is a slider for your field of view. The default FOV is around 80 degrees, and it can be adjusted up to the maximum limit of 120 degrees. We recommend setting your FOV to at least over 90 degrees, but it’s all up to personal preference.
That’s our short guide on how to increase the visibility of your Halo Infinite multiplayer by lowering your weapon. Hopefully, these settings will aid you in the Second Season of Halo Infinite, which drops on May 3rd. Good hunting, Spartans!
