The Cycle: Frontier is a game with a variety of fun objectives, from mining, looting, or searching for a particular item. Yager, Frontier’s game developer, did a great job aligning items with their map locations. You won’t find items that feel out of place, making interacting with loot pools more immersive. Searching for flora will require players to go to particular areas. The rarity of the plants in The Cycle Frontier is based on the difficulty of the zone. Effective players should know where and when to find these plants and what to do with them.
This guide will cover everything, from the humble Waterweed to the precious Dustbloom. We will also share with you the number of missions that require these plants and how many contracts are required.

Various Plants You Can Find in The Cycle Frontier on Fortuna III
There are three types of plants players can find in The Cycle: Frontier. The categories are called “Uncommon,” “Rare,” and “Epic.” A plant’s rarity is based on the zone in which they are located. Rare and Epic plants are usually found in High Danger and Very High Danger areas. Due to their location, finding special plants like Ivy Blossoms can be challenging and dangerous.
Experienced players have created an adaptive strategy to cope with Frontier’s punishing inventory system. If players die on Fortuna III, they lose everything in their inventory, with five exceptions. Items stored in their five Safe Pocket slots will be retained, even if the player dies.
Exploiting this loophole, players will sometimes hunt the most difficult plants naked, with nothing equipped or in their inventory! These defenseless players gather as many plants as possible before the frontier’s aggressive animals kill them. They spirit the plants harvested in the Cycle Frontier to base with them while losing none of their expensive items. If you find yourself dying too often or with too many of your valuable items, check out our best budget loadouts to help you get back on your feet in The Cycle Frontier.

Even the most stalwart truffle-hunting pig would be scared off by Fortuna III’s violent storms. Unfortunately, the Glowy Brightcap Mushroom only spawns during the storm! Get some experience traveling to the storm before mushroom foraging, or die with the smell of sauteed mushroom in the air.
